Location - very strategic (for shopaholic like me.. walking distance to pasar payang..7 mins GRAB to KTCC Staff - very friendly n helpful. Never forget to smile when they saw hotel guest...❤️ Cleanliness - aaa... about this..need to improve.. especially floor at the dining area and pool... Room - comfy...complete facilities for travellers..

The location - situated in front of MBKT bus express station, and masjid zainal abidin is just opposite to the hotel. U can also walk to Paya Bunga Plaza for shopping. The staff - very kind, considerate and friendly, they allow me to have early check in because I have to attend my course by 3pm. Really appreciate their help.

The staffs are so professional and kind. The lobby amd lift area smell so great with the fragrant. The room especially beds are clean and comfortable for the price. The pool is separated between women and men so it is so comfortable for women who wants to take care about her aurah.

1) Nice breakfast - Terengganu food menu such as Nasi Dagang, Kopok Lekor, Mee Celup etc 2) Location was strategic - near to Pasar Payang, Kampung Losong, Jambatan Angkat, KTCC Mall, KT Waterfront (restaurants) etc - not too far from Taman Tamadun Islam, Masjid Kristal etc 3) Comfortable room and bed size
